M-60 in Israeli 190th and 401st armored brigdes

In Yom Kippur war, Israeli only had 150 x M-60 tanks and Israeli armored brigades normally had 100-120 tanks each. But found both Israeli 190th and 401st armored brigdes were equipped with M-60 tanks, was it any mistake ?

Remark : 190th armoured brigades lost heavily in the initial period of war under Sagger attack. Another one : 14th armoured brigades also suffered heavily, BTW, the latter one was equipped with Centurion ?
