There is a basic logic behind to support the conclusion. China has a huge population of hard-working people with a simple goal of making every effort that would lead their children and grandchildrem living better. Plus, China has a strong and efficient government serving the people as the top priority. Nothing else, except for that China has returned a normal path of growth from a distorted trajactory of recent ~150 years starting in 1800 and ending to 1949 during which people in China suffered tremdendous humiliation , and  ever since 1949 when Mao ZeDong announced that people in China are now standing firmly up has just come back to normal like she did in the past 5000 years in history enjoying the most advanced level of development.

So, why is 2010? Because of that year ever since, China has been the largest goods producer again and has been completely industrilaized  with such a capacity of manufacturing every item needed by people daily life.
