in the world. Few counterparts can compete with it, including the Russian“白杨”洲际弹道导弹. However, DF41 may be better as it is capable of varing its path while flying at ~23 Mach of speed, that makes it hard be intercepted. It is Not sure that “白杨”洲际弹道导弹 has such a capacity though.
