Maybe it is a little off topic, but I think most Mexicans are very honest people. Several years ago, we left a purse on the tour bus in Cancun, an old Mexican couple picked it up, and tried really hard to find us by calling several hotels (they found our room key with hotel logo on it). The purpose contained 300 dollars in cash, and various credit cards and car keys. We got it eight hours before our flight to the US, and I insisted to give them most of the cash. It saved us a lot of trouble. There are a lot of good people everywhere. Last week, we dropped a camera in Kings Canyon CA, and a nice lady turned it to the ranger. The camera has more than 1 G of pictures we took over the days. we would have been heart broken if it was lost
