How many civilians were killed?

The US history channel once said there were 1-2 rape incidents. It did not mention the number of civilian casualties.

Can you give me numbers instead of sensational language?

After 1865, not so many southerners were sentenced as 'counter revolutionary'. I know General Lee has freedom, not sure whether Jefferson Davis was imprisoned. One (maybe several) warden was (were) sentenced to death because he (they?) were cruel in treating Northern POW.

All this happened after President Lincoln was assassinated.
