It is hard to believe that 志愿军总部作战处副处长doesn't know who 俄文翻译 was. 成普 knows Mao Anying. Correct me if I am wrong I thought all the key personnel at 志愿军总部 know the true identity of 俄文翻译 and were sworn to secrecy.
