饿死人数是他自己估算的，我已经质疑算法有瑕疵。

1。在1950年--1958年死亡人数中，选取死亡人数最少的1958年作为比较基数，1959年--1962年死亡人数比1958年多出部分都算作饿死的。

2。基础病人因为营养不良死于病算不算饿死的？
