The method of 老邓 was bad, it should have a better way to solve 6.4 problem. But if you look at result of recent our motherland's progress, it worth it. You know that no body afraid of army before 6/4/89. People never thought of army would open fire. Even if 6/4/89 did not open fire, 7/4/89 or 8/4/89 would have to open fire. Because people at that time would not stop rally in Tian An Men square. That would lead to the second Culture revolation that would ruin our country.
