水浒里哪有炒菜的影子,不都是吃个卤牛肉配馍再喝碗汤。
就算宋代有铁锅,也不等于宋代有现在的中餐手艺。有相关文献资料佐证吗?我猜测应该到明代才开始现在我们熟悉的中餐雏形。看看
