国民党和共产党性质是完全不同的,共产党靠暴力独裁共产就不用说了.国民党是资产阶级政党,当时非常时期不得已实行训政,但对思想言论和舆论的控制也远没有达到毛共时期的程度.后来在台湾就逐步完善了民主体制,这是一直在国民党的纲领之中的,也是需要一个过程的.
