It is time for Mongolia to return China!

This needs more work to do, but shall benefit all people in Mongolia. A simple comaparison with the Inner Mongolia will give a clear answer to all problems faced by Mongolia - lacks of driven force for growth, lacks basic infrastructure, and lacks of fundmental facilities - all these could be readily resolved if Mongolia reunites with China.
