儿童語：pee-pee and poo(p)-poo(p)；（幼儿园用语）
正式语：urinate and defecate（bowel movement=简称BM）

譬如问答：

问：Do you have a regular bowel movement(BM）? 你排大便正常吗？
答：I had watery feces. 我拉稀了！(注：feces: 指粪便）
答：I had bloody feces. 我大便带血了！

不过千万不要用古狗（Google）的歪曲翻译“定义”！！
