其实in-person面试主要看的还是申请者的个性外表言谈举止跟单位文化职业要求符不符合。

从来没被问过专业知识什么的。 就是聊天。。能聊得来的就有戏，聊不来的或者不是那么投机的，就没戏。

当然成绩/经验/专业知识已经在纸上通过审批了。
