i am always jealous over people who "know" more than themselves

Can a board certified pathologist just stay as a board certified pathologist?  The minute you step out of your field to claim to be something else you are not, I see another "one-knife-xiao" in the making. 

The world don't need another of those smoking experts, especially that with a board certified title.
