true, walking to the tube station could very well be 1/2 way

yes, I know London underground is very old and does not have lifts, let alone elevators. It has probably 200 years history I guess. I only have a roll-aboard that should weigh less then 20KG, so it is not a very big deal to navigate the stairs.
