could you tell me which line to take for me to get from Park Lane to Mayfair?

I need to switch hotel after the first 2 days, from Grosvernor House to Holiday Mayfair.

I dont know if I should take the tube or simply get a cab, as the distance on the map looks rather short - I am thinking 5 Pounds may be good enough.
