Miranda right is only applicable during interrogation after arrest.  At this time the husband was not under arrest, so it is improper to assert right to remain silent.  

LZ said they said they weren't sure who is calling therefore don't want to speak in detail.  This is a fine answer.   Since they didn't have a lawyer yet, answer 4 is okay but a little awkward.
