Jeremy Lin Hurt By Knicks Letting Him Go, Wasn't 'Comfortable' With Linsanity

Houston Rockets point guard Jeremy Lin stopped by HuffPost Live on Tuesday to talk about Linsanity, leaving the Knicks and his foundation. The former Knick acknowledged to host Marc Lamont Hill that he was hurt by the way the team let him go at the end of the 2011-2012 season.

"I'm not sure if you could say I left New York," Lin said.

Due to his restricted free agency status at the time, the Knicks had an opportunity to match the contract offer made by the Rockets and decided not to, in effect letting Lin go. Lin said that he was surprised the Knicks made this decision, and when Hill asked if he was hurt by it, Lin replied, "I'm human, so of course."

林書豪今天接受新聞網站「哈芬頓郵報(Huffington Post)」專訪表示，今夏若被火箭交易出去，而且是交易回昔日「林來瘋(Linsa­nity)」發跡的紐約尼克，他會抱持開放的態度坦然接受，也會感到興奮。

 

林書豪在專訪中表示：「不會對交易這檔事抱持開放的態度，但是若一旦成真，仍會感到興­奮，因為紐約球迷的熱情迄今讓我難忘，我相當感謝他們，只是效力火箭還是讓人非常興奮­，因為我們是挑戰NBA總冠軍之師，所以不管是被交易至尼克，或是續待火箭，我都不會­感到失望。」

尼克今天正式宣布聘任前湖人控衛費雪(Derek Fisher)擔任總教練，

林書豪被問到能否替費雪打球時說：「我可以，我相信每位球員都可以，他是位偉大的球員­，也是位經過認證的贏家，籃球素養非常好，又是控衛出身，這樣的背景大家都會想替他打­球。
