退出购买multi-family的交易,该怎么把deposit拿回来?
我有朋友在买一弯区San Jose的multi-family, 在offer中已remove了contigency. 但现在她搜集了更多的信息,发现这房子并不值它的价格,在这过程中她被listing agent误导,她决定退出交易,但想deposit 15万拿回来。请问这种情况该怎么办,大家有没有合适的律师推荐.
The buyer already removed contingency to purchase a multi-family in San Jose, then found out that it is not worth it, and the listing agent has been misleading during the process. Buyer wants to back out and get 150k deposit back. I know the buyer can ask a lawyer to write a letter to seller and easily get back the deposit for residential properties, can the buyer do the same thing in commercial industry? or any other ways to get the deposit back?
