If you believe the executor, I suppose it was the lawyer you mentioned, was negligent, you may report him to the local Bar Association. However, to sue him for malpractice, you will have to prove the damage in order to recover anything. The only damage in this case is the properties that your father would have received under the previous will. However, he never challenged the last will. What you should do right now is to find out if there is anyway for you to challenge the will submitted for probate. I am not sure what you mean by "your father also signed the last will" though.
