If she meets residence requirement in Jersey

to grant Jersey court subject matter jurisdiction over this matter, she may file for divorce in Jersey. But then how she serves the hu*****and in China to satisify the requirement of personal jurisdiction? Even if somehow she circumvents it and gets the judgment, how does she enforce it?
