The adopted child is my nephew (my brother's son). His parents now have their own families and neither of them wants to raise him. So soon after his birth my parents and I live with him since my brother got divorced. According to Chinese law, I can't adopt him until I am 30 years old. So I adopted him in 2002 (he was 7 years old that year). I came to USA before adoption, now I will become American citizen in this Oct, that's why I want to take my adopted son (my nephew) to USA.
