The guy told my friend that the "person" moved to a new address. Then I and my friend checked back to the old address, I and my friend saw the "person" behind the door ( through the windows beside the door), When he saw us, he quickly hide into bedroom, and do not answer the door bell. Obviously, he tried to avoid the summons. He can do the same thing to sheriff, since he already know why the sheirff is there. so what can I do?
