During divorce, husband took away passwort and all IDS

Hu*****and got an affair. We have been talking divorce and possession split.

Suddenly he took my passport, diploma and most IDs away this morning. I don't know why he is doing so.

1. Should I call police immediately?
2. Wait and let him calm down since most of IDs and diplomas can get back even they are lost?
