buying a house during a devoice process, do I NEED SPOUSE SIGNAT

Dear Lao mao,

We probably are going to devioce after couple monthes, no legal process by now. We are in OHIO. Can I still buy a house without spouse signature during the closing? If the spouse has to sign how can I appove that is a seprate property . As I know OHIO is seperate property state. Thanks very much for your help !!
