请老猫和其他朋友看看，退款申请书到底应该什么时候交阿

３年前买的东西，今年有一部份可以退了，
发票日期是７月８日２００６年，要求是：
Do so during the 7-day period follwing the end of the 36th Full Calendar month following the Issue Date (7/8/09)
那么我应该７／８后的７天内寄出退款申请呢，还是８／８后的７天，
比较笨，理解能力又比较差，多谢大家了！
