comcast question. please take

a look. We recently bought a house. After we moving in, we found that the cable(comcast) is still availabe in the house. Altought we have no intention of applying the paied service in the near future, can we take a little advantage by continuly using this "free" service? Is this illegal? Should we call previous owner to cancell the service or should we call comcast company to notify them? thanks a lot!
