just got a summon.

"You are hereby summoned to appear in the Municipal Criminal Court of ... by appearing before the Clerk of said Court on or before the expiration of five days from the date of service to answer to information which has been made on oath by the City Attorney ... on ..., charging you with FAILURE TO STOP AT STOP SIGN in violation of Section ... of .... Upon appearance in the Municipal Criminal Court of ..., your will be required to post a cash appearance bond in teh amount of $114.

Can LAO MOA please let me what it means, how to handle, is it a big deal?
