things you did wrong in general:
1. You didn't send statement to the renter about item deduction from his deposit.

2. Because number 1, you need to return the deposit in 30 days by law. You didn't do it. And then you need pay renter back triple by law.

3. the judgment is fair. obey judge order and move on.
