I am a lawyer, but I hate my work because of the extended hours, stress and intensity. I work just for the money.

If you cannot make a partner after 8 years from your start date (most firms have 8 yrs parthership track), high pay ends.

If I were, I will definitely thin about sth else, such as running your own business.
