Did I broke the law?

I'm applying the police certificates from Singapore ( I lived there from 1998 to 1999). I just remember the Singapore immigration asked me to leave by 9 OCT 1999, but I left at 10 OCT. I experienced some trouble during the departure. Now, I'm wondering if my crime record in Singapre is not clear. Is anybody know about relative law in Singapore?
