Help, getting a divorce , husbnad is going to war with me

I am needing desperate help right now. I am getting a divorce with my American Caucasian hu*****and. I am up against someone who is in financial field and knows a lot more than I do. I was caught in the bad economic situation. He dose not have a good conscious and getting really ugly with me.

I live in San Diego area. Does anyone knows a good divorce lawyer.

If there is lawyer reading this, I have a question regarding real state property.

I was married 2y 8month. My hu*****and had a rental house prior to marriage. After marriage, we put 90,000 in remodeling the house, after that we refinance the house in both of our name and get 120,000 cash back. when we married, I do not know how much the house worth. But the appraisal at time of refinance a year and half ago, it was 587,000, we own 440,000. now the house worth only 400,000 due to the poor economy. My hu*****and what the house , I am ok with that. But what is my financial obligation to the house? Do I own him any money for the house ? He thinks both of use own 120,000 + 40,000 to the house, which means I own half of that to him if he gets the house. It does not make any science to me. ( by the way , we never lived in his house, we currently rent.)

I need the expert opinion on this. I need a good lawyer.
