right, you can ignore it, and the guy has no way to accuse you.
But, if you are an honest man, I think you should pay a small fee to the inspector and say sorry. Because you waste his time and time is his money, he need it to feed his family.
Many American think Alot of CHinese are cheater and are inresponsible. I don't think so. But I guess that inspector'll tell his friends and all other guys: don't believe the CHINESE, they CAN'T be trust.
