thank you so much , ricecookie, I know he has no heart at all , actually he wanted to divorce me when my baby was just two months old .but my dimmela is if I file the divorce ,I will have no hope to get the green card , and probably I will not be able to stay here legally, if I go back to China with my kids , how can I make sure I can get the child support?
