do this

1. go to google
2. type in the state you are currently in, and family court
3. go to their self-help center for all the information ( they probably have walk in hours, or call in hours)

4. you shall be able to get the list of attorneys and the basic forms to file the case.

please don't panic, do the right thing for your kids.
