it will be very easy to prove youself that you did not leave you child for the that long period time that the customer service claimed. Just ask the store to release the surveillance camera and you can prove youself. If they are reluctant to release it or use some other excuse, that means they lied and DA will take that seriously. Then you can threaten to counter sue them to put emotional stress on you for forging the false information.
