Didn't people offer help there? The least you could provide is: what car? did you git a new car? or a beat up 15 year old junk. How do we know the repair is not worth $1800. YOu really should start respecting other people's time and property. And have some sense of resposiblity. You let your lisence run out, drive arround hitting other people's cars with not insurance. Afterwards, instead facing up your responsibility, you horse arround asking for junk pitty.How is that owner blackmailing you? The repair could be more than $1800 since you did not tell us what car that was? Stop being a loser!
