does he have time,energy, and money to fight this?

does it worth it? i know it's tough to swallow, but if the amount is below 1W, i'd just forget it and move on..
anything is possible (we just have a black president here)
1. there will be a record that he filed law suit against an employer,
2. his previous employer can counter sue him, if they want. but why, for what?
