which kind of lawyer to hire for the municipal court?

Thank you for the above replies! We walked through the handicap door because both of us had carriages. I paid my own fare, but the cop wrote two summons including one for myself. I'm not guilty of fare evasion myself. Does anyone know which kind of lawyer I should call for this municipal court, or do I need one?
