On the filed order drafted by hu*****and's attorney shows mother's relative can't be paid for babysitting. Mom didn't pay attention at all and signed. Later mom tried to ask for the child care payment. Hu*****and refused since the the existing order.

Is this order fair enough? If not, can it be modified by judge through a trail?
