1. First, I heard O-1 needs lots of documents and need to get the visa out of USA (there are some risky). Second, I actually consulted some attorneys, some said before J status expire, submit the application. As long as you get the case number, you can stay USA legal. But some one told the application have to together with the waiver.

3. Just curious. Usually the employer file the tax quarterly and personal files annually, if one just over-works a couple of months. How they know? However, I will balance.
