In quite a few states, you can get away with using guns to
defend your property. Can one get away with using guns to
defend intellectual property?

Seriously, you have to take your fight beyond your school
where the local old boy network operating. Which part of
your school deals with academic dishonesty? Then there are professional society. And finally there is always media
and court.
