what mental problem means. It is difficult for a normal person do understand. For example, one patient may decide to kill all his relatives. The reason is not because he/she hates his family members, but may because that the other people in his/her eys, at certain time, suddenly become evil or ghost or monster, and he/she thinks his/her behavior is to protect himself from those evils. Does any friend think he/she can calm down that patient when the patient holds a knife?
