夫妻合用信用卡对 credit score有帮助吗？

我的credit score is excellent, my hu*****and is good, 现在想给他审请作为我的副卡，合用2个我的信用卡，对他的credit score有帮助吗？我的信用卡公司会查他的credit吗？听说查太多信用记录对credit score不好。
