they told us it was all set.

our house is colonial. basement is on the groud in the front and underground in the back. Therefore, front, side and part of back side of gutter are three stories high. there is no such high ladder for us to climb up to check.

My hu*****and paid them without checking those position.

we realized that gutter was not cleaned up at the first big rain after they worked on gutter. Water was flowing out from middle of gutter.
