I feel Lennar is ok compared to other builder. I don't know what your should do from legal point of view, but you can keep calling them, email them every other day. If someone take the phone and try to pass the ball to others, ask for the boss, the boss's boss, etc. That's what I did. You need to to have a lot of patience and be tactical.
