因为 the other driver said he would call his friend and friends mother, the mother is a officer.

some guy always give weak advice. like: pay the money; even it's other party's fault, both are responsible one half; you can't win; or even you win, you can't get money.etc.If you hire this guy as your layer, you lose for sure.
