The apartment is in Illinois. I moved out before the end of the lease because I got a new job. I have paid $635X11Month+$305=$7292 in total. The landlord and I both believe that the lease should end on June 28, 2008. But it actually is a 12 1/2 month lease with 11 1/2 month payments, according to the lease.
