It's the state court. I went to the court's website to serach, but had no clue where to look fro such information, could you please tell me more detail for such instance.

We call the court yesterday, the people there told us that they open this case, but so far no other legal process has been done. I'm not that clear about what does this mean for us, what we should get ready for this.

We haven't got any mails from the other party. The lawyer firm we sent us letters offering legal service for this case.
