1. you need establish a residency. I dont remember how long do you have to spend with him in the last x years. I can assure you that it is a lot.

2. Show financial support. that is easy.

3. Show your parents are not capable of taking care of him. Failed to provide adequate environment. Possible abuse. That can be very nasty because you are talking XXXt about your parents.

4. YOU ARE NOT CITIZEN.
